We are fully aware of the fact that that young people in need of support and care are vulnerable individuals, so we have a “zero tolerance” policy for abuse. In addition to the most recognised forms of abuse such as physical, emotional, sexual, and neglect, we understand that in this digital age, young people are also vulnerable to online abuse such as bullying and cyberbullying, sexual exploitation, female genital mutilation, grooming, child trafficking, and domestic abuse.

As a result, we make certain that the robust safeguarding policies and protocols we use in our daily work are followed in order to protect all young people from any type of abuse, neglect, or improper treatment. We also have up-to-date mandatory Safeguarding Training, and all staff members are fully up to date with the safeguarding policies and protocols.
